Problem: The furnace in a condo in Easton PA failed due to extensive water damage. It would cost too much to repair.
Solution: Installed a new Heil Main Series Two-stage variable-speed furnace with energy-efficient air conditioning condenser.
Problem: A sunroom in near Harrisburg PA A did not have heat or air conditioning. It could only be used six months out of the year.
Solution: Installed a Carrier ductless heat and ductless air conditioning system. The room now has heat in the winter and stays cool during the warmest parts of the summer.
Problem: Homeowners in Mountville PA, near Lancaster PA, wanted to switch to gas heat. But, there were no gas lines in their area.
Solution: Performed a heat pump installation with a new high-efficiency model that provides both heating and cooling.
Problem: A homeowner in Mechanicsburg PA wanted to switch from oil to gas heat. She didn’t like oil heat and wanted to save money.
Solution: Installed a 92 percent efficiency Heil gas furnace and ran a gas line to her home from the main.
Problem: The second floor of a two-story colonial home in Harrisburg PA was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.The HVAC system was too large for the home.
Solution: Install a new high-efficiency Bryant furnace and high-efficiency Bryant air conditioner.
Problem: An old gas furnace broke down. It was too old to be worth the price to repair it.
Solution: Installed a two-stage gas furnace and high-efficiency air conditioning system.
